In this I Living Lab we will learn about the origins and reasons of food waste on a university campus. The goal of this ILL is to develop ideas and solutions for tackling the food waste problem and making university campuses more sustainable. In this ILL you will:
- Learn the origins and reasons of food waste in universities
- Brainstorm and develop (with your team) ideas and solutions for preventing and reducing food waste on campus or other ways to tackle food waste, according to food waste hierarchy* (e.g., donation, animal feed, recycling, other recovery).
- Learn design thinking process
- Develop personal learning goals and future skills
- Enjoy and have fun in the process 😄

Course prerequisites and connection / Requirements:
It is required to attend all ILL sessions online (6 weeks-long challenge) via MS Teams.
Students should participate in weekly discussions on the progress of the challenge, develop own E-portfolio, complete Learners guide training on Unicampus and contribute to developing a solution/idea for this ILL.
