I Living Lab 3: How ...

Dear students,

As we discussed in our previous session (and outlined in the session slides), for the next session the following homework should be done:

- you should conduct a desk research on food waste origins at universities. Outline the stakeholders or actors in the problem statement. Formulate a mind map (or any other visual representation) via the miro board. Make sure to accumulate your findings into one output (in teams!)

- start and submit the first version of your E-portfolio outlining your top 3 Future Skills. Discuss your E-portfolio with your feedback partner

- start preparing for the Define phase of the I Living Lab. Think of potential solutions to the identified problem(s) from our meeting with the stakeholder. In case you were not present at the meeting with the stakeholder and did not do your homework to prepare questions for the interview, the recording of the meeting is available on Unicampus.

- if you haven't done so, set up a plan and a medium for communication and collaboration among yourselves (MS Teams, zoom, Whatsapp, etc.)

- if you haven't done so, complete your training on Unicampus.
