You can treat your portfolio something like a diary and a log of everything you’re learning, thinking, and applying. You write a section or page each week where you try to think about, reflect on, and write about some of the questions you’ll find in the weekly portfolio assignment.

So there’s an opportunity to write about (or draw about, etc) who you are, what your dreams are, what you expect from this semester, why this I Living Lab is meaningful to you or connects to your own experiences.
I hope this helps. Your portfolio should a reflection of yourself, a chance to look in the mirror and also show us what you see.
