Dear Students,
You've heard us mention a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) a couple times earlier in the I Living Lab. In the first place, we want to thank you for your interest in working with us on the E³UDRES² Talent Matching app. As we embark on this exciting journey together, we want to build a foundation of trust and collaboration that will enable us to create something truly amazing.
We want to avoid any ambiguity about the intellectual property of the Talent Matching app. Therefore, we've prepared an NDA to create clarity so that it is clear to each of the participants. We are convinced that your contribution will be very valuable for E³UDRES². As part of this process, we will be asking you to read, understand, and sign an NDA. We understand that signing an NDA can be a sensitive issue, but we want to assure you that it is a standard practice in the industry to protect intellectual property and confidential information.
The Talent Matching app is a product concept of E³UDRES², and by signing the NDA, you will be helping us protect our idea and ensure that it remains our intellectual property. This will also enable us to work together more effectively and collaboratively, knowing that we can share ideas and information in a safe and secure environment. We believe that building trust and collaboration is essential to creating a successful and innovative product. By signing the NDA, you will be showing your commitment to this process and helping us create something that will benefit everyone involved.
So we invite you to join us in building the future of talent matching. Let's work together with trust and collaboration to create a platform that empowers young talent and regional companies to achieve their goals and make a positive impact in their local communities.
You can find the NDA as part of this assignment. Simply download the NDA, read it (ask questions if you have any) and once you've signed it, you can upload it again as your submission for the assignment. We've also included a video demonstration on how to go about adding a signature to a pdf file in case you haven't done so before.
