Entrepreneurial personal motivation
Learning Objectives:
- Understand own motives for starting a cultural and creative venture (Why to start a cultural enterprise?).
- Understand what a personal strengths is, mainly perseverance and resilience (building the personal SWOT).
- Identify the type of entrepreneurial personality by introducing and discussing the fundamentals of the 16 personalities test.

- Better understanding of own motives and about how to utilize them in the development of the own cultural and creative venture.
- Discussing the necessary skills, competences, values and attitudes, including self-awareness and selfefficacy of an entrepreneur.
- Individual profile in terms of personality traits.
