Learning Objectives:

  • Understand how important it is to master selling skills to various stakeholders such as: potential investors, potential partners, employees and also potential customers.
  • Understand how important it is to master negotiating skills with various stakeholders such as: potential investors, potential partners, suppliers, employees and also potential customers in order to reach an agreement mutually satisfying.

  • Understanding of the selling process steps and the most recommended methods for each step.
  • Knowing various sales techniques and methods.
  • Understanding each of the steps of the business negotiation process, which are the main negotiating styles, identifying their dominant negotiating style.
