Preparation for the meeting 1

1. Make the TEAM ACTIVITY, see the assignment for your team.

2. Read the "Learn Guide" and discover what the Future Skills are. Make a top 3 skills that you want to work on in a Living Lab. You will individually set out learning goals, related to future skills.

 3. In the "Learn Guide" go through the "Design Thinking" so you understand the process that will guide our sessions. Watch these two videos:

 What are we going to do in session 1

•  Each TEAM will present their MURAL (Homework)
•  Discussion about challenges in teamwork and how to make teamwork and collaboration between sessions.
•  Introduce the Assessment Model
• Review Individual Learning Goals
• Introduce E-Portfolio activity and make duos for portfolio reflections
• Introduce the Empathy phase
• Explain the TEAM Homework for session 2.

Preparation for the meeting 2

1. Make the TEAM ACTIVITY, -Create an Empathy Map

2. Initiate the E-portfolio

3. Define your personal goals (fill in the information on the google-sheet) , visit the learning goals document

4. Joint with your reflection partners to reflect on the content of your first pages on the E-Portfolio.

5. Go to the Learner guide and read about Define-Stage

 What are we going to do in session 2

• Discussion about challenges in teamwork, check how it's working.
• Present and discuss Individual Learning Goals (each learner)
• Visited the E-Portfolios 
• Each TEAM will present their TeamWork (empathy map) to the EE and the stakeholders and receive feedback
  
• Introduce the Define phase
• Explain the TEAM Homework for session 3.
• Roger and Danique will come to present the  Local Week Program.

1. Make the TEAM ACTIVITY, -POV SENTENCES

2. Work in your E-portfolio and joint with your reflection partners to reflect on the content of your first pages on the E-Portfolio.

 What are we going to do in session 3

• Visited the E-Portfolios 
• Each TEAM will present their TeamWork (POV SENTENCES) to the EE and the stakeholders and receive feedback
  
• Introduce the activity - create the first video pitch

Preparation for the meeting 5

1. Work in your E-portfolio .

2. Prepare the work as a team to begin the prototyping (if you have time, meet with your team to continue the work done last week)

 What are we going to do in session 5

• Overview of Local Week 
• A Brief visit to the E_portfolio 
• Planning the work for the next two weeks. Introduce kanban tool.
