- READ this article about creating POV Sentences .
- Improve your(s) Empathy(ies) Map(s).
You may need to make desk research 🖥️or make interviews 🗣️or surveys📑 to obtain all the information that you need to know better your potential users. - Complete your POV Sentences in your MURAL - see slides session 2 for the link, or if it is not enabled create a mural in another place (miro for example) .
- Create a pdf or jpg of your Mural and submit it.
- You're going to present your work in the next session.
