Goal - Create an Empathy Map
How:
- Revisit the theoretical part of Empathize Stage:
- Visit the Slides of session 1
- Visit the Design Thinking on Learners Guide
- Watch this.
- Decide which methods you're going to use to get information about your end-users.
- Discover the information that you need.
- Build the Empathy Map in your Mural board (note there are several templates for creating an Empathy Map; you can choose, what you prefer).
- Create a pdf or jpg of your Empathy Map and submit it .
- You're going to present your work on the next session.
